KAPITA is a private sector development company that aims to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through investment, research, incubation/acceleration, and market development programs.

In order to upgrade the Iraqi ecosystem, KAPITA is working on new startup development, helping established Iraqi startups small businesses to scale their (market, production, and evaluation), as well as personal development for entrepreneurs. KAPITA is taking the next logical step, by starting the first incubator and accelerator in Baghdad that hosts the most promising startups, providing them with seed funds, infrastructure and business services, financing and public relations. Kapita, a leading company dedicated to fostering the growth and development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Iraq, is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. If you are passionate about design and have a knack for creating stunning visuals using Canva, we want to hear from you!

Position: Graphic Designer (Specialized in Canva Designs)  

Time Efforts: Full-time

Location: Onsite in Baghdad or Remotely

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for various digital and print materials using Canva.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and goals.

- Design social media posts, infographics, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.

- Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and Canva features to continually improve our visual content.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Canva.

- Proficiency in Canva and a deep understanding of its tools and features.

- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with other design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
