Orange Corners Baghdad Held its 6th Cohort Graduation

Baghdad, Iraq - The graduation ceremony of the 6th Cohort of Orange Corners Baghdad was held at KAPITA headquarters in Baghdad.
Orange Corners Baghdad, an integral part of the global Orange Corners initiative, is revolutionizing the entrepreneurial landscape in Iraq by providing a comprehensive program designed to nurture and support aspiring entrepreneurs and their startups. Since its inception in 2020, it has graduated 120 startups. Orange Corners Baghdad is set up in a full-circle approach, offering a transformative journey that encompasses mentorship, training, funding opportunities, and the potential for further support from the Orange Corners Innovation Fund (OCIF).
This marks the third year of the partnership between KAPITA and the global Orange Corners Initiative, enabled by the Kingdom of the Netherlands Embassy. KAPITA continues its commitment to support the private sector in Iraq and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

About Orange Corners Baghdad:
Orange Corner’s Baghdad is an initiative of the Dutch Embassy in Baghdad. The economic priorities of the Netherlands in Iraq are agriculture, water and entrepreneurship. KAPITA supports the community of young entrepreneurs in Baghdad by building youth capacity, and developing successful businesses. We incubate 20 startups for six months: starting with providing a co-working space, training and developing their business, events and masterclasses, a positive environment and an opportunity for investment.
